Who Are My Users?

Nurses on the “front line care team”

Likely an in-bound call which means zero prep time before answering the call

Need to get an overview of the patient, their general health over the last few months, any immediate concerns, and how best they could help this patient right now

What are their problems?

Landing page of “Care” doesn’t give them quality information, just lots of quantity

Need to get the big picture in a small amount of time

No visual hierarchy aside from “top to bottom”

Lots of reading (mostly due to lack of visual hierarchy)

Everything seems to have the same level of importance or urgency
